RETURNS & REFUND POLICY – FINAL SALE

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for any reason, except in cases where an item arrives defective or damaged. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by using the Contact Us form at the top of our website.

To process a replacement, we may require photo or video evidence of the issue.

Replacements will only be issued for the same item originally ordered and cannot be exchanged for a different product, color or size.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept any returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

  • Items ordered in error

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or warehouse unless specifically instructed by our support team.
